Cancellation/Refund Policy

- Users can receive a full refund within 24 hours from the time of payment.

- Annual payment membership: The annual period is 12 months, and the remaining usage fee is calculated by dividing the total annual payment usage fee by 12 and excluding the month in which the membership was used even for one day, the remaining amount can be refunded.

- The refund amount is calculated based on the regular payment amount even if you are an annual payment member. Therefore, depending on the timing of the refund, there may be cases where the refund amount does not exist.
