- Step 1: Use a Raspberry machine (controlled machine) to go to the Remote7 download page and download the .tar compressed file or use the quick download command "wget remote7.com/download/r7setup_raspberry.tar" in Terminal Raspberry.

- Step 2: Extract the .tar file with the command “tar xvf r7setup_raspberry.tar”
